You Dip. We Dip in Spring

Having a colorful bite to share this spring is an easy task.Toss a fresh beet into your shopping bag and fear no more!  Our version of the Beet Hummus served with our La Lune Charger Plates, it’s exactly the sort of colorful combo you would love to share in your next at-home gathering.

What we love about this Mediterranean-inspired bite is that it is simple and only takes just a few minutes, making it the perfect treat to enjoy the freshness of the new season solo or with friends.

 Ingredients: 

4 medium size beets cooked and peeled 

2 tbsp of tahini

5 tbsp of lemon juice

Generous pinch of salt 

Fresh ground pepper


Preparation:

Place all ingredients, aside from the olive oil, in a food processor and puree. With the motor running, slowly drizzle the olive oil in. Taste and season with additional salt and pepper as needed.

Serve this delicious beetroot dip with fresh veggies, pita, or a mix of both. Its vibrant fuchsia hues combined with the pink-red colors of the charger plates will make your table setting look even more fun. Let the music pop and enjoy!
